A local proxy between autonomous agents and the APIs they call: proxy tokens instead of real keys, hard budgets, and an instant kill switch. Go, January 2026.

A local proxy that sits between autonomous agents and the APIs they call. Agents receive proxy tokens instead of real credentials; the breaker holds the real keys, enforces hard budgets, and can cut a connection the moment it misbehaves.
Proxy tokens instead of real keys. An agent never sees a real credential, so a leaked prompt or a compromised tool cannot leak one.
Hard budget limits. A ceiling on what each token may spend or call; the breaker opens when it is reached.
Instant kill. Revoke a token and its connection is cut at once.
AES-256 at rest. Real credentials are stored encrypted on the machine that runs the proxy.
The moment your engineers run agents with real credentials, budget caps and a kill switch stop being optional. They are part of the tool governance we set up in the AI Coding Tool Governance Sprint and the transformation, the control we put in front of every agent, and the one that closes OWASP ASI10, Rogue Agents, in the audit.
