An Azure-hosted chatbot over GTFS static and real-time feeds. It answers schedule, arrival, and service-alert questions from the official data, and says so.
Grounded answers. Every reply is built from the authoritative feed, never from the model's memory, and each one names its source.
Real-time alerts. GTFS-RT service alerts and arrival predictions, with the time of the answer stated.
A privacy note in every session. Users are told the conversation may be stored for quality review and asked not to share personal information.
A public assistant that answers only from authoritative data is the same grounding discipline a patient-facing chatbot needs, and one your compliance mapping will ask you to prove. Disclosure when a patient talks to a chatbot is now state law in several places; grounding, a stated source, and a clear boundary are how you meet it without slowing the team down.
